The Forest Glen Homeowners Association provides this information section as a resource that will be helpful to not only realtors, but lenders, home inspection and title companies as well.

Please refer to the FAQs for answers to common questions. Please email the office to request current information on reserve fund balance, current budget, insurance, number of rentals, and current dues.
Condo Questionnaires will be completed by the Forest Glen Office for a charge of $100 up to five 8.5x11" pages. Condo Questionnaires exceeding five pages or legal size are completed for a charge of $150. This applies to any questionnaire requested from realtors, lenders, home inspectors.
Closing information requested by Title Companies answered at no charge.
Important Notes
- FOREST GLEN IS A NO RENTAL COMMUNITY: Condominiums cannot be rented by owners or owner's agents to a second party.
- REINVESTMENT FEE: $500 usually paid by a buyer. Payable to Condominium Forest Glen, Inc. at closing. Begining January 1, 2025, the Reinvestment Fee will be .5% of the selling price of a condominium.
- SETUP ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: $100 Paid by the buyer. Payable to Condominium Forest Glen, Inc. at closing.
